ROSATI

Address:

Built 1896 as warehouse/factory operating as part of the ‘rag trade’, the interior was transformed into Rosati’s restaurant, opening in December 1986. Victorian façade remains as important part of low rise Flinders Lane precinct, and the Postmodern interior decoration of mosaic, tiles, trompe l’oeil walls and huge bar remain from when Rosati’s was a social and foodie mecca.
